  • Chloe's stroke and bladework

    Chloe's stroke and bladework

watch for the hesitation at the catch and the small gap between the oar and the water before switching direction.

  • Alex stroke

    Alex stroke

Watch for the the seat acceleration into the catch and then bouncing off. The blade work is good though.

  • Bella stroke and catch

    Bella stroke and catch

watch for speed of seat on the recovery. Too fast. It then keeps you from catching at the end of the recover and leads to catching on the drive so you miss important power.

  • Jacinda Stroke and Catch

    Jacinda Stroke and Catch

Watch posture at the catch. Need to sit up and engage back a little more. Move the trunk instead of just the seat. Also the blade is too far above the water at the catch so it is being put in the water on the drive. Good aggressive drive.

  • starboard and port catches

    starboard and port catches

need to get squaring done early and blades entering the water at the end of the recovery. Bella and Jacinda too far above the water at the catch.

  • Daniel Stroke and Catch

    Daniel Stroke and Catch

Great trunk movement and power with legs. Watch your arms pulling in at the catch instead of letting them hang. Catches are great.

  • Wilson Stroke

    Wilson Stroke

Good drive. Watch for occasional slippage of seat. Keep eyes up to get the good trunk movement.
