Navy Rowers 2008

The Navy Coach, Ghafoor, asked me to look at the rowers and give them some tips. Later, Ghafoor very graciously invited me to his house for lunch. He has his team working hard, and they responded very well to changes in technique. Their boats are literally falling apart, but they are managing.
