John Stroke notice that at the finish you do not get your outside arm away from the body before you start swinging forward. This makes your recover much faster than everyone else and they just try to speed up. So make sure you hold your shoulders at the finish get the arms away, pivot and move forward. Second thing is to pull in a little higher...to the same spot where we checked heights to. Brian, you are also combining the arms away with the pivot forward though to a much less extent. John Scott watch the start of the seat rolling up, make sure it is with John Stroke. Just a little behind which makes it more difficult later in the stroke. If John stroke fixes the hands away, this problem may become much less but you have to watch for it. Tom, watch the catch, be squared and ready for it.
